The close proximity to the train station made traveling easier. The staff were genuinely helpful and attentive throughout my stay.
The room I stayed in could use some improvements.

We had a lovely two-night stay in a triple room and really enjoyed the cozy atmosphere, especially the warm shower and the fantastic fan they provided! The hotel also has a great little lounge area and an outdoor space to unwind. Just a heads up, the room felt a bit cramped with our luggage, but it didn't take away from our good vibes overall! 😊

I recently stayed for two nights in a Double Room during a business trip. The staff were particularly commendable, providing efficient assistance when I needed to set up my presentation equipment. The room was spacious, clean, and filled with natural light. the Wi-Fi connection was reliable and fast, which greatly helped in staying productive while I was there.
No major complaints, though a few minor details could be improved.

The dining scene around Ville is a proper treat! McTucky's Fried Chicken & Burgers dished out some banging bites, while Try Thai served up a fragrant feast. And let's not forget the cheerful staff who added a bit of sparkle to our stay!
The room was a bit of a letdown—small and not what we booked. Plus, it had a bit of a dodgy smell, which made us think twice about sticking around.

The staff were friendly and the room had all the essentials, but noise from outside made it hard to sleep at times. Some cleanliness details could have been improved, yet it was still a decent stay overall, given the location's convenience and the comfortable beds.

Had a great time with friends! The hotel is super close to Canal Street, just a short walk away, and also near The Palace Theatre. Perfect spot for exploring the area. Staff were friendly, and the vibe was fun. Just a heads up, though, make sure to double-check your room's amenities.
Unfortunately, our bathroom door wouldn't shut properly, which was a bit annoying. Not the best experience, but overall we made it work.

great location but noisy at night
The rooms were modern, and the beds were comfortable for a good night's sleep. The cleanliness of the bathroom was impressive, providing a welcoming atmosphere.
The location can be lively, which led to disturbances during the night.

The small room was clean, with friendly staff, but it felt cramped, and the bed was pushed too close to the wall, making for an uncomfortable night. Bright green lights and noise from the corridor kept waking us up, and the absence of proper blinds made it hard to block out external light. the area was vibrant, with plenty of nearby restaurants and cafes to explore, and the pastries at breakfast were a delightful treat.
